Michael Ball, Britain's leading musical star, has starred on Broadway and dominated the marquees on many of the leading West End shows for more than two decades. A proven and varied talent, Michael won acclaim and the hearts of the public with his numerous performances on stage, film and television. All Michael's twelve solo albums have held commanding positions in the UK charts, all rapidly going gold within weeks of their release. In July 1999 Michael was presented with the Theatregoers Club of Great Britain's award for Most Popular Musical Actor over the last 21 years.

In May 1992 Michael represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song One Step Out Of Time. Following his success in Eurovision, Michael undertook several major tours of the U.K., followed by The Michael Ball Show, his own TV show.

Michael is an accomplished concert artist and tours frequently around the UK. He has also performed concerts in Australia and America. Since reaching the top of the British charts with 'Love Changes Everything'(from Aspects of Love) Michael had small successes with follow up singles but in the main he has concentrated on releasing albums, all of which achieved Gold status within weeks.
